  • Always alert your instructor if you are pregnant or have an injury or physical limitation.


  • Please silence your phone during class.


  • Please close the door of the reception room when you chat or call during class.


  • Private training sessions are not required before entering a group class, but we strongly recommend supplementing your Pilates practice with private training.
